Dr. Helen Diallo, PsyD (94029437) is a Psychological Associate under the direct supervision of Dr. Rochelle Karapetian, Psy.D. (PSY29355). Dr. Diallo completed her academic training through the University of California, Irvine, California State University, Monterey Bay, and earned her doctoral degree from California Southern University, part of the American InterContinental University system.

Dr. Diallo’s clinical approach is collaborative, practical, and reflective. She draws from insight oriented therapy, strength based approaches, cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness based techniques, and supportive psychotherapy to help clients build emotional awareness, resilience, and clarity. Her work emphasizes practical tools that clients can integrate into daily life, while also creating space for deeper reflection and growth.

Her areas of focus include life transitions, relationship changes, divorce and separation, parenting and family dynamics, career transitions, burnout, grief and loss, stress management, emotional regulation, and personal growth. She frequently works with individuals who are high functioning and responsible yet internally overwhelmed, uncertain, or stretched by competing demands.
